**WEEKLY CHECK IN**
Had a great week this week! Energy was good, allowing me strong, intense workouts. We added bike sprints to replace my treadmill sprints and my nutrition guru, Janine made small adjustments with my meals.
After having a week of maintaining (last week) This week I dropped 1/2 inch on the waist and 4 lbs on the scale.
It's not about extremes. It's about consistency and intensity. Stick with your plan and give 110% of yourself to your time in the gym. The results might not come right away but be patient and don't stop. They WILL come!
