Eating cake AND getting lean!
Week 1 check in guys. Been hitting it hard all week. Got all my workouts in and hit all my macros. Down one pound and a 1/4 inch off the waist.
This meal plan is almost making it seem easy **almost;)** My coach has given me flexibility with my macros (see cake above) and the rest of the meals are packed with nutrients, keep me full and taste great! No need to live off fish and spinach to get the job done. After all, I love my body....why would I... want to starve and deplete it right?;)
6 weeks to go!

Very interesting blog. Alot of blogs I see these days don't really provide anything that I'm interested in, but I'm most definately interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.
